I am a registered educational psychologist dedicated to the provision of quality mental health care that facilitates healing, co-creates hope and nurtures personal growth. I obtained my masters degree in educational psychology from the University of Johannesburg in 2015, and have since worked in a variety of educational and community contexts with diverse groups of people. My practice is currently situated at the Impact Therapy Centre in Fourways, Johannesburg. 

My practice is focused primarily on providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults and their families.  I have a particular interest in working therapeutically with trauma. I work from a social constructionist approach and utilize neuropsychotherapeutic methods such as Brainspotting (Phase 1 and 2) and BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT) (Level 1 and 2). I also provide career counselling, motivational coaching and a variety of psychological assessments.

  • Nurturing the skill of resistance in the face of popular media 

  • Understanding, diagnosing and managing dyscalculia (specific learning disorder with impairment in maths)
